For sale is a 1997 Jaguar XK8 Convertible that looks, drives, and feels amazing!! Unfortunately, the customer that owned this vehicle previously purchased it through an Insurance Auction here in Washington State, and completed all the work on the vehicle themselves. The previous owner has over 35 years experience in vehicle restoration and body work. Our dealership thoroughly went through the vehicle, and were very pleased with the workmanship that was completed. The vehicle comes equipped with an amazing body package, trunk spoiler, custom front grill, brand new convertible top, and many many extras. See description below: VEHICLE EXTERIOR: The 1997 Jaguar XK8 Convertible has an astonishing new paint job, with stage III paint and clear coat, a very nice race stripe down the side bottom, Custom wheels and tires, custom body package (fit to look like an aston martin prototype), rear trunk spoiler, new convertible top, beautiful disc brakes with red sport calipers, fairly new tires, and lots of eye appeal. The wheels and tires were purchased from Discount tire - 19x8.5 5-120 Cov Hornet TSW, and the tires were Hankook Ventus 245/40R/19XL. INTERIOR CONDITION: Vehicle is equipped with leather interior, wood package, AM/FM/CD stereo, power convertible top, power windows, power door locks, power dual seats, lumbar support, sport steering wheel, and the interior looks just as great. MECHANICAL CONDITION: The jaguar dealer completed a full "Jaguar Multi-Point" Inspection on the vehicle as of February 21, 2012 that is available upon request. The dealer completed an oil change, washer fill, power steering fill, brake reservoir check, headlamp washer fill, coolant recovery reservoir, brakes in front were 7mm and rear were 8mm, the tires were 8/32 all the way around in 2012 and still look great. The dealership also checked the following systems that checked out perfectly - inspect headlamps alignment, no windshield cracks, heating and ventilation, drive axle boots, exhaust system, steering and steering linkages, engine cooling system, and accessory drive belts. The 1997 Jaguar XK8 Convertible will come with all the pictures of body work shown in the pictures below on the reconstruction of the vehicle from beginning to end, and to the best of our ability to supply as much data as the previous customer has. Our dealership may add an extended warranty on this unit from 3mo's/3,000 miles to 5yr/100,000miles for an additional fee. Also, our dealership may help in all transport discounts worldwide.
