Up on the block is a very rare 2000 Honda Valkyrie Interstate with amazingly low mileage. This "Full-Dressed" Cruiser has the six cylinder "Gold Wing" engine in it which is designed for reliable long distance travelling, Yet, the body style allows for easy through city traffic. The flat six engine has been in production since 1988 and is one of the most reliable engines Honda, (a company known for reliability) has ever built. This bike is All-Stock and Original. The Fairing, lowers, saddlebags and travel trunk were all factory installed, so if you have never seen one of these classics around, this wasn't a bike that somebody added aftermarket accessories to. This bike was designed, engineered, and built by Honda. There was a new battery installed just this morning and the six cylinder engine fired right on up. The chrome looks pretty good as seen in the close up photos, yet some of the paint has scuffs and scratches on it. The biggest flaw I could find was a 1/4" x 1/2" ding on the top of the tank. The top of one of the saddlebags could use a little more buffing out than the job I did. It's structurally 100%, yet the scuffs could be a little distracting on what seems to be a very well conditioned motorcycle. The photo of the instrumentation shows all of the lights on as it tests it's systems. Then it goes right to the digital clock and digital fuel guage. I took the photo as I turned the ignition on to show how everything is working. This bike is being set with a reserve well below NADA Book Value so it is sure to sell.
