Up for Auction is a Beautiful Original blue plate 1971 Porsche 911E runs, drives, needs TLC...... The Body style that started it all!! This car is USED and has no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees if needed!! (All This Porsche is in wonderful condition, needing interior restoration primarily... The exterior of this 911E is RUST & DAMAGE FREE!! No body work is needed other than Paint at some point. This Porsche has had $4000 dollars of RECENT Mechanical work, to get her up and running correctly..... Brand New tires have been installed as well. Registration is 2013 Current, and has a Clean title.... Car is located in Northern California. The pictures are of the actual vehicle in present condition!!! Pictures were taken days ago! Manual gearbox shifts well, motor is very strong.... New rebuilt Carbs, fuel system has been flushed, and hoses have been replaced, ignition system etc. (Please review recent work on invoice performed at a local PORSCHE specialist) This car is in drivable condition, needing full Interior Restoration primarily. The Engine in this 1971 911E is The 1972–1973 model year which consisted of the same models 911E 911T 911S, but with a new, larger 2341 cc (142 in³) engine. (Which this Porsche has) Same engine that belongs in this car just a larger displacement... Original 2.2L E engine can be obtained if desired.... On Feb-14-13 at 09:38:12 PST, seller added the following information: UPDATE!!! We are doing our best at finding more information on the motor that is presently installed in this Porsche... The Porsche Specialist shop is notating that the Current engine in this 911E..... Is from a 911S of the same body style etc. The 2.4 H6 Engine presently installed in this 911E. is a 911S engine, so larger displacement, more horsepower etc. If you are a Porsche Expert, You know what the engine is, and most likely have more knowledge on the engine spec. Should know more information by today about the 911S engine, including year, spec, etc. Want to make everything perfectly clear on this car and spec including the Engine. NOTE....... The original 2.2L E engine is NOT included in this auction, and it is up to the buyer if they want to obtain an original 911E engine!
