Here at MidSouthern Restorations, we buy mulitple units of old cars from time to time. This is from one of the purchases. We liked this car because of the know cost associated with restoration aspects. This 67 Galaxie Convert has all the parts and then some extra Galaxie parts to boot. The chassis has been completely restored with all new parts. Not by us, but by a previuos owner who has passed away. The chassis looks like top quality work and we were told the rear end was also rebuilt. The body work is not the greatest but all body parts are presnt along with trim. The motor was said to be rebuilt, so it was pulled from car and checked. It is an A code 428 with all new pistons and parts. The bad is that it has sat many years and it would not hurt to clean internal parts and put back together. I left off the rocker arm assemblies for that reason. It has an Edelbrock intake and new holley carb. The motor has gotten dirty from being in the car uncovered. There was a plastic sack over carb. The C-6 was said to be rebuilt also. It is fairly clean. There is also four new tires on car but one went flat. We have had this car for a couple months.Here at our shop in Cookeville, TN we are packed with customer cars. We have no room for inside storage so put a low fair price on this whole car. We would guess the chassis work alone is worth $3000. The car decoded has a 390 2-V engine option.
