Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 73 Corvette Stingray. I can't tell you all that much about it other than the fact it is an UNBELIEVABLE head turner. Every time I drive it, there are people taking pictures and videos, people hanging out the side windows of their car to get a glimpse of this beauty! I have had a heavily modified Porsche 911 turbo (996), a highly modded BMW M5, numerous lifted show pickup trucks, a heavily modded Trans Am WS6, a Pro Touring 72 Firebird Formula and numerous other cars, but none of them got the attention this car gets. Seriously. I thought my murdered out 911 got a lot of attention. This car puts it to shame. This car is absolutley amazing. It has a Chevy 350 motor with a blower sticking out of the hood. It runs pretty strong, but could use a good tune-up! Check out the video to see it drive, hear the side pipes rumble and the supercharger whine! The side pipes sound MEAN, but they are not too loud. It is a T-top. It has an aftermarket stereo system with remote (not sure if it works or not as I always roll the windows down and listen to the motor when I drive). This is a car that, with a little love can be a show stopping best in show car that everyone remembers. I'm telling you, you have to see this car, it's awesome!! Probably not something if you don't want to get noticed or stopped and talked to. It has a Mako or Maco Shark body kit on it and the lines on the car are amazing! The car still has the original style velvet interior of the Sharks! As the car sits, it’s not a show car (it should be repainted and a few other small things should be done), but I have not noticed any imperfections in the fiberglass body. It is important to note that when the blower was installed the gauges were disabled so the speedometer, tachometer, odometer, etc. are all currently not functioning. To my knowledge the blower was installed by a previous owner who lived in Tennessee. If you have any questions or want to come see the car, text or call me at 704 575 9510. The car is located in Charlotte, NC. I reserve the right to end this ad at any time and for any reason. The car is also for sale locally. The car is being sold without any warranty, express or implied, and in an as-is condition. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due immediately after a sale price has been negotiated.
