This Pontiac is in good overall condition and has been in the same family for its entire life. It has the original engine which has only needed a head gasket replaced at approximately 150,000 miles. The car has the original gas tank and gas pump. The gas filter was replaced about 30,000 miles ago. The rear wheel bearings are original and one of the brake pistons was replaced 20,000 miles ago. (one is original). The rear shocks were replaced about 30,000 miles ago. The front wheel bearings and axles are original. The front struts, strut bearings, brake rotors, brake calipers, brakes, inner and outer tie rod ends, balljoints, and front suspension control arm bushings were replaced about 30,000 miles ago. The 3 speed automatic transmission has never needed repair. The water pump was replaced at about 150,000 miles. The current alternator has been on the car since 2002 (not sure of mileage). The battery was replaced in July 2011...but has been discharging (probably not driven enough to charge it). The paint is in good shape, with light swirl marks in the clear coat and rock chips here and there (about a 7 or 8 out of 10) The body only has a few small dings. The interior is in good shape with only light fading. The dash is perfect with no cracks and there are no stains on the carpet. There is a small spot where my foot wore some carpet away near the gas pedal...about the size of a quarter. Also, the car has never been smoked in. I have performed all service to this car over its lifetime. The engine uses about a quart of oil every 7,000 miles...but the engine doesn't smoke. Also, there is no evidence of drips when parked for long periods of time. This sale includes many additional parts. Most notably hood, fenders, engine (4 cylinder), transmission (4 speed automatic), front axles, radiator, subframe, steering wheel/column, dash cluster (I have a parts car cut from the windshield to the front bumper with about 169,xxx miles...you will get all parts within that region), another set of original steel wheels, 4 NOS snowflake design hubcaps, truck with spoiler, aftermarket radio mount for dash (no aftermarket radio...just the mount). Other small parts. I will help a shipper load this vehicle...but I will not solely arrange or pay for shipping (I may be able to deliver depending on distance).
