I bought this Mustang to rebuild, but without the time, I have made no progress on it. I am reluctant to part with this wonderful project, but I must. The VIN plate is original, but some changes have been made. The original color was Ivy Green, but was later painted over with a light blue. This car will come with a 289 V8, rebuilt 15 years ago and never run since. The cylinders were oiled before being stored and all holes stopped up. The transmission is a C4 automatic, rebuilt at the same time as the engine. There is no wiring, but all of the original plugs are available, if needed. For every single piece of sheet metal that is rusted, there is a replacement part, as well as some that aren't needed yet. There is welding needed on rear quarters, several spots of the floor pans, and a little up in the engine bay. All of the glass is there and chip- and crack-free. Two hoods available, one original, and one in black primer. This car was modified at some point in it's life, as it has a 2.73:1 rear end and 4-bolt wheels.
