BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED, NEAR FLAWLESS, 1970 FORD BRONCO THAT IS READY TO SHOW AND GO!!! BEAUTIFUL WEST COAST BRONCO!!! ONE OF THE HOTTEST CLASSICS ON THE MARKET...THIS ONE IS INVESTMENT QUALITY AND IS READY TO BE DRIVEN AND ENJOYED!! If you have been searching for a fantastic Early 4wd Bronco that is ready to cruise to the beach, the mountains, or to the next car show then get ready because this could be the one! This gorgeous yellow and black 1970 Ford Bronco arrived to us several months ago from its previous owner in California. He had owned the Bronco for 3 years, moved to Hawaii, and had the Bronco shipped there. He always kept this Bronco in the garage and rarely drove it while he worked out there. Circumstances changed and he moved back to California but no longer had room for the Bronco so it was time to let it go. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to buy it and had it transported to us here in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The previous owner had bought the Bronco from his brother in California who owned it for about 12 years and always took great care of it as well. While the Bronco was in beautiful condition when we received it, we decided that it deserved to be taken to the next level which is what we have done. This Bronco is now the nicest one we have owned and it is sure to thrill its next owner! This is truly an investment quality classic that can be driven and enjoyed and will surely win its share of trophies at car shows if that is what you enjoy! As you may have noticed in the picture above we also recently received another sweet Bronco. It is a '77 and we will be listing it for sale shortly also. This auction is only for the Yellow 1970 but feel free to call me to discuss the Blue '77 if that one is more appealing to you. I will do my best to provide enough large images, a video of the Bronco running and an honest description so you can decide if this Bronco should be in your stable!! Sit back and enjoy!! This Bronco has a great stance and the body on this 1970 Bronco is in amazing condition. It is always refreshing to find one in this condition. The original DSO (District Sales Office) was 51 which was Denver, Colorado. We know it spent its last 15 years or so in the California area with about 1 year in Hawaii where it was garage kept. A look underneath confirmed that this sweet Bronco had lived a dry, rust free life. When we received it the body looked fantastic. No rust or sign of rust repair, however there were chips and scratches on almost every body panel from ordinary use. The paint, while about 10 years old still looked very good. After driving this Bronco the first day it arrived my partner and I knew what had to be done. Rather then try to touch up all the minor flaws we decided to treat this Bronco to a high quality, professional paint job and it looks fantastic!! The paint job is show quality and the body lines on this Bronco are exceptional. Body panels are extremely straight. We added brand new front and rear bumpers, new chrome trim around the grille and all the rest of the trim and emblems look great. Black fender flares also look close to new and are a great accent the gleaming yellow color. Glass all looks excellent and windows roll up and down nicely. Weatherstripping all looks close to new as well. The body on this Classic Bronco is truly near flawless and will be a show stopper wherever you go. Below is a picture tour of the body so you can see for yourself: I personally enjoy driving these Classic Broncos topless as much as possible but it is great to know that this one also does come with a brand new, top of the line, full soft top from Bestop. The fit of this top is awesome and you can easily zip out the side and rear windows for great airflow throughout the truck. The fit of this top is very impressive and it is quite easy to remove and put on. This Bronco also has the family style roll bar which looks great and is very functional if needed. Here is a look at how this Yellow and black beauty looks with the top on: Complimenting the awesome Yellow and black exterior is a showroom fresh black interior featuring original front and back seats that were recently completely recovered. We also added a great looking set of rear interior panels that really give the interior an upgraded look. The interior also has a black carpet kit and dash pad looks like new. All of the gauges and lights are working and this Bronco has both fuel tanks that you can switch with the flip of a button. The Hurst 3-speed floor shifter looks great and original 4wd shifter functions properly. Tach has ben neatly mounted on the steering wheel column. Great sounding new stereo/cd neatly mounted in the dash with nice set of JVC speakers in the rear. Seat belts in front and rear. Original Vin tag still in the glove box. Bottom line is the interior of this Bronco is in show condition and is also very comfortable while maintaining an original look. Take a peek inside: Of course this Bronco also runs as good as it looks and the engine bay has been nicely detailed to be as nice as the rest of this truck. The original 302 2bbl V8 runs super strong and the previous owner told me that his brother who had owned it before him had the motor rebuilt during his ownership. A nice set of headers was added and they breathe out a very nice sounding dual exhaust system that exits in front of the rear wheels. The original 3-speed was professionally moved from the column to the floor many years ago and the Hurst 3-speed shifts effortlessly thanks in part to a new clutch and pressure plate. Brakes were upgraded to Power front disc brakes and this truck stops with ease. Manual steering is easy to handle and this Bronco tracks straight and steering is very tight and easy to handle at any speed. You have probably noted how great this Bronco sits thanks to a 4 inch lift kit and a brand new set of American Racing Baja wheels wrapped in brand new 33x12.5x15 BFG All Terrain tires....literally under 20 miles on these tires!! Engine bay has been professionally detailed so you can feel proud to open the hood at any show or cruise in. This Bronco truly is as fun to drive as it is to look at! You can also listen to this Bronco rumble in the video that follows. The quality and detail continues underneath this awesome Bronco! Floors look great and are rock solid. As you may know this is a common concern on these early Bronocs but no worries here! Leaf Springs, shocks, steering stabilizer have all been replaced on this rig and everything underneath has been nicely detailed front he 9" rear end forward. The undercarriage is yet another area that puts this Bronco heads and shoulders above the others. Check it out: Well, hopefully you can see how great this Bronco looks from top to bottom! Most importantly though is that it runs as good as it looks!! HERE IS A SHORT VIDEO SO YOU CAN HEAR IT RUNNING: (TURN UP YOUR VOLUME AND CLICK THE ARROW TO START) If you follow any of the Classic Car auctions that run across the country you have probably noticed how hot these Early Broncos have gotten. Rightfully so as they are really a blast to drive and certainly draw a crowd wherever they go. What I love is that you can put your family or friends in this rig and get out and drive an enjoy it!! The challenge is finding one that has been well taken care, professionally restored and is turn-key ready to be enjoyed. This particular Bronco is a very high quality truck and will make it's next owner smile from ear to ear when it arrives at their driveway.....shouldn't that be you??
