.2L 4 cyl. front wheel drive classic. I have over 6K in receipts for work done on this truck over the past year and a half, trying to make a reliable commuter out of it. It's been thru 3 repair shops and still won't pass CA smog (pre smog- has not been labeled a gross polluter). Its come a long way but still has some issues and I'm done. Head redone, transmission rebuilt, flywheel resurfaced, new cam, carburetor, computer, clutch, seals, gaskets, catalitic converter, water pump, battery, rings, rod set, thermostat, ignition switch & cylinder, and much more. Paint looks to be original, is shiny- fair to good overall. Body is fair to good overall. Ca truck and shows very little corrosion. Truck drives straight and rides surprisingly well but needs bushing kit to correct front end wear. Tires show nearly full tread but are 6-8 years old. All lights function properly. Windshield has crack on passenger side. Windows and locks work fine. Wipers work, blades are new. Headliner is missing. Dash has 2 inch crack in center. Carpet is ok. Seats have no rips/tears but may not be original. Speedometer/odometer is broken- does not reflect actual mileage. Turn signals work but self canceling control does not function properly. Stock am/fm radio works fine. Transmission is 4 speed manual and shifts smoothly. Transmission fluid drips if car is allowed to sit idling after starting cold. Stops if driven. I've owned it almost 2 years and it's been in shops the majority of that time. I'm not even close to being a mechanic and maybe I've been taken for a ride. I've been very disapointed with the results while continuing to fork over more and more cash. I can't complete the registration here without being able to get a smog cert. therefore I'm not driving the car. I only warm it up and run it around the block occasionally. I've spent thousands and I refuse to spend anymore money on this car. I just want it gone at this point. It seems I made a mistake while loading photos. that number eight interior photo is not this car and should not have been included I will delete it as soon as possible. The undercarriage is quite clean and I will try to take some additional photos if there's enough daylight when I get home tonight as well. I have never done a compression test on this car and I don't know what the numbers are. The parking brake works well. I will add the photos you ask for. AP
