1990 CHEVROLET FULL SIZE BLAZER 350 CI TBI 4 WHEEL DRIVE 1990 Chevrolet Full Size Blazer 4 Wheel Drive with 157,698 In the past 1-2 year many parts have been replaced: - Radiator, belts and hoses, alternator, plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, full tune up, new oil pan and gasket, shocks, upper and lower ball joints, brake booster, rear leaf springs, new floor boards and inner rocker panels have been welded in. Battery, transmission lines and brake lines have been replaced, carpet and sound pads. Complete Flow master exhaust from the Y pipe back. Last year the truck was re-painted in flat black. It was sanded down to metal, primed and painted with new chrome wheel open moldings installed. The truck comes with two sets of wheels and tires. The original stock wheels, and newer tires with plenty of tread left, as well as a second set of wheels as tires as seen in the pictures. The vehicle has never plowed snow and has only towed a small 6X8 utility trailer. This truck will need transmission work. I had the transmission replace with a re-built one about a year ago. The rebuilt transmission has almost 1k on it. Last week it started slipping in 3rd and 4th gear. I was able to get in home (2-3 miles) and have not driven it since in fear of causing damage. 1st, 2nd and reverse work as they should. 3rd and 4th gear will engage if the RPS are high enough. Other then the transmission issued there are some minor rust spots. The outer rocker panels have some pin holes in them and the lower portion of both quarters (right at the opening of the wheel well) have silver dollar size rust spots. I was planning on replacing them with patch panels from LMC. Other items that will need attention are the radio and the horn will need to be replaced and the dash pad had a crack in it. Please Note: I have received e-mailed asking if the truck can be driven. As I mentioned,1st, 2nd and reverse work. I would not anticipate on driving this truck home(unless you are local)As it is, you can not go over 20-25 mph. I would plan on towing it.
