It pains me to do this because I searched for so long to get this but I must sell my 2006 V10. It currently has just over 58,000 miles but I am driving it daily. The color is Colorado Red with beige interior in great shape. The vehicle has a VW Drive Easy Platinum Warranty which includes non-powertrain items at a cost of $4,717.00. It is a full warranty with a 100 per visit, not per incident deductible. Anyone who knows anything about V10 realizes that a warranty is a must, not because of reliability issues but because of the cost of any issue that arises. The warranty expires on 2/17/2018 or at 115,999 miles. The car had new turbo chargers installed in November 2011 under warranty. The brakes were done in the past year and the tires are as well. The car is great shape, the driver side mirror housing has a chip in it, but other than it's really nice. It comes with a fantastic sound system that was professionally installed with the following components: Kenwood Excelon DNX9980HD which has bluetooth audio and several audio connectors in glove box. I've played videos off my iphone on it. You can get the rest of the specs off the internet but it uses voice activated Garmin GPS. HD radio, sirius, etc.All the speakers except the sub woofer are Voce. They are amazing sounding. The subwoofer is a JL audio in a box that is removable for when you need more storage.The amp is a Hertz HDP 5 950 watt for the main system and a 200W to power the subwoofer.It has full integration to steering wheel.All of the areas were insulated with road kill sound deadening material. The total bill with install and parts was more than 8k.I also have all the original equipment that will go with the truck as well. This truck is an absolute beast with 310HP and 553 lb/ft of torque. The ride quality with the air suspension is amazing. The sound system and warranty cost nearly $13,000.00 and I priced this truck to what a similar truck would go for with neither of these extras. I didn't mean for it sound like it doesn't cover the power train. It absolutely does cover the drive train as well. It's a VW drive easy platinum underwritten by fidelity. You can use it virtually anywhere. I choose to use the local dealer but you can use independent shops as well. This is a full and complete warranty that only excludes wear items. Sorry for any confusion about the warranty.
