1993 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer Version 152,000 miles NO RESERVE!! HIGH BID WINS 4X4, 4WD WINTER BEATER…TOW AND SNOW RECENLY PASSED NJ INSPECTION BIG, STRONG 5.8 Liter Motor I bought this truck a few years ago off a lot after its original owner traded it in. It was an extra vehicle that I used just for snow storms and to tow my boat. I towed boats about 500 miles round trip for camping trips with no problem. One of those boats was a 5000 pound Wellcraft. My son if off to college and I can use his jeep for snow storms, so time to sell this Bronco. I was always more concerned about this running good, than looking goods. I’ve kept up with the maintenance and replaced parts as needed. I can tell the previous owner did as well. I would drive this truck on long trips with no worries. This truck runs great…starts easily, runs smoothly, shifts fine. 2WD and 4WD High work great. I can’t get it into 4 wheel low. Heat and AC work fine. All gauges, lights, etc work fine. Starter, brake shoes, front end parts, belts, and more have been replaced. Regular antifreeze flushes and oil/filter changes done. Tires have good tread, but are old. A 7500 pound capacity tow package was installed. This was an all leather interior, but the front seats where pretty worn out and I put in bought nice cloth seats out of a junker that are in good shape, with just a couple small holes. It has a nice aftermarket radio/CD player. The biggest problems are the windows and tail gate. The passenger power window goes down, but needs ‘help’ going back up. The drivers side window motor died, so I took the door panel off, removed the motor, pulled the window up, hooked it closed, and there is sits. The tailgate window is gone…it broke. The tailgate handle doesn’t work, do I took the panel off and shift the connecting rod by hand to open the passenger side tail gate. The driver’s side latch doesn’t work. I had a soft top on in the summer (long gone), and removed all the cab trim to take the back cab off. I have the trim and (I think) most of the screws, but I never put them back on. The only other concerns are that I did overheat once in the summer when we had a major heat wave here, and the front license plate holder is missing a screw. I’ve noticed a small leak under the front. I haven’t investigated where that is coming from, and it’s very small. This truck has some rust around the wheel wells and underneath, as expected for a truck this old. I made the mistake of opening the sun roof and the gasket leaked. There is a small leak that makes its way around to the side and gets the rug wet on the driver’s side. I have nothing to hide on this truck and just want it gone. I can assist with delivery...airport, meet ½ way, drop it off, etc, but we have to confirm those arrangements before hand.
