You've successfully located the beast - a 1995 Ford Taurus LX wagon. The White Whale. It ain't pretty, but it is clean. No rust, clean interior, non-smoker. 159XXX miles Crack in the windshield but doesn't obstruct view. New ignition control module, trans fluid/filter/gasket, serpentine belt, coolant. Power windows all work (except rear passenger), cruise control works, radio and tape deck work, on-dash radio controls work, power mirrors work, power seat works. Just last weekend I noticed the tell-tale signs of a bad head gasket (coolant in the oil), and I parked it. There is no indication that any bearings have spun or that any other damage has been done to the engine. Fluid levels are all appropriate, and the only indication of the head gasket problem was on the inside of the oil filler cap. It also needs a new heater core installed - I already have the new core and it is included in the sale price of the car, I just haven't installed it. $750 o.b.o. If interested - Make an offer.
