Up for auction is a 1974 Oldsmobile 442. This is a real 442. This car runs and drives motor is solid and sounds healthy. I drive it to work a couple times a week. I believe I am the third owner. Registered Clean title Pink in hand.The car has the original paint other than the one fender I just replaced since I smashed the original from dropping it on a tire.needs a new plastic inner fender and rocker panel trim piece.. I still have the original fender and emblem. This car is a solid foundation for a restore. I was going to restore it but have too many other projects. The motor is a 350 Rocket shifter on the floor, front disc brakes, very clean trunk, sport steering wheel, swivel bucket seats, it has a/c but it is not hooked up to a belt so dont know if it works. Dual exhaust. I just changed the water pump. The body is very straight other than some small dings. Very Solid minimal surface rust. No rot. interior is good except the plastic pillar trims which are brittle.Great investment. Just needs a little love.
