1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7. Car was last registered in 1977 and was not driven for 35 years. I bought it approx 12 months ago and have been using it as a daily driver. Items i replaced are, new radiator, 1 wire alternator, new starter solenoid,new master cylinder, new wheel cylinders, new brake drums new brake shoes, new horns, new heater core and blower motor, wiper motor, arms and blades,new dual exhaust from exhaust manifolds to tailpipes, steering box, New wiring with fused circuts, 4 Cragar SS wheels 15x7 front and 15x8 rear. Front tires are in excellent condition rears need to be replaced. The body has rust and the front left frame rail and floor board is rotted. Pass side floor needs small patch but is pretty solid. The rear floors and frame rails are in very good condition. Trunk floor needs work but solid. Motor runs excellent, trans has lazy 3rd gear shift sometimes.
