1982 Jeep Scrambler- Frame off restoration (Over 20k invested)* Submit all offers, the jeep needs to be sold!* Jeep has everything needed to finish except driveshafts, Carb, distributor, plug wires(few more small things possible, not to exceed $50) Frame: Powder coated original frame with matching VIN stamp. ($3500 in powder coating) Color matched Powder coated Bullet proof motor mounts, Tub supports, and DANA 300 transfer case. Welded and powder coated reverse shackle kit . Welded and powder coated rear hitch. Drivetrain: Original Dana 20 Front and Dana 30 rear, completely rebuilt and powder coated. Brand new break components front and rear complete. New warn hubs in the front. Brand new Brake and fuel lines, pre-fit for the scrambler. 1 piece axles for rear end that are extra and need to be installed. New 20 gallon fuel tank with new factory sending unit. Custom fuel tank shield. New leaf springs and hardware. Brand new 33 x 12.50 tires (only used rolling vehicle in garage) Motor: Completely rebuilt AMC 401 w/ stock internal components, New Elderbrock valve covers, New Elderbrock Airgap Intake, New alternator, New Water pump, New Timing cover w/timing chain and gears, New Power steering pump, all pulleys and New starter, also original a/c compressor for motor with brackets. Exhaust – Hooker Headers w/ Magnaflow stainless mufflers and custom 3” stainless tubing (Exhaust are 100% custom and will never be duplicated over 1k invested) Transmission: Currently installed is a rebuilt T-176 with an adapter plate to the Dana 300 transfer case Also, I have a turbo 400 TH400 automatic with torque converter, freshly rebuilt. Color matched Dana 300 transfer case that is completely rebuilt.(Needs to be assembled) Body: Complete original jeep scrambler tub with fenders, hood, grill, windshield frame. Body has been blocked, primed and ready for paint. Complete interior and underside of tub is coated with body shop grade “T-Rex” undercoating that is paintable. No rust whatsoever existed on this tub. Brief summary: I purchased this restoration from a gentleman who had the original scrambler and a cj7. I basically have 2 jeeps worth of parts for the interior of the jeep. Gauges, bolts, seatbelts, wiring harnesses, mirrors, etc.. Too much to list. I have front and rear seats, the original scrambler roll bar, hard doors,etc.. Also, included are interior a/c components (2 jeeps worth) including a working original A/C compressor for the AMC 402 engine with pulley and lines. Currently I have over 20k worth of receipts for parts and some labor. EXTRAS : In addition to what is listed and some of the things I forgot to list. AMC 401 block cleaned and bored with stock crank Ross raising pistons to fit block($1500/ new), new rods, new timing chain, 401 heads shaved for roller rockers, and a ton more parts. AMC 360 block with stock crank, stock pistons, cam, etc. No heads. I have in my possesion a clear Florida Title and over $20,000 in receipts.
