ORIGINAL 1945 FORD 1 & 1/2 TON FIRETRUCK UNRESTORED NO TITLE ****NO RESERVE**** We have been asked to liquidate a private collection of rare restorable vehicles located in South Dakota. In the next week we will be offering about 10 trucks and cars from the 30's to the 60's that are original and unrestored. Please put us on your favorites list and keep checking back with us. All of these vehicles will be offered at NO RESERVE and will be sold to the highest bidder. These vehicles will also be offered locally at the buy-it-now price so please bid accordingly. This offering is for a 1945 Ford 1 & 1/2 ton cab/chassis firetruck. It appears to be reasonably complete with the exception of a few missing trim pieces and the obvious area's repairs are needed. As near as we can tell the frame is in decent condition as it sat off the ground. We do not believe the engine is stuck although it is hard to turn by hand. The tires all hold air and the wheels turn easily. The pictures say it all. We have no idea if the motor will run or not. In checking the motor does not seem to be stuck. Thats the best we can tell you. What you see is what you get This truck has only had two owners, the original fire department and the current collector. This vehicle is being sold exactly as we found it in the grove, as-is, where-is, no gaurantee's whatsoever and clearly, what you see is what you get. PLEASE ask all questions before bidding. We have people and equipment on site to help get the vehicles out and loaded on your trailer. There's no extra charge, all you need to do is ask. This is a NO RESERVE auction and the high bidder at the end will own the vehicle and is responsible for pickup within 30 days. Payment is simple - $500 deposit by PayPal within 24 hours of auction end and the balance by certified funds or cash within 7 days. We will accept Paypal for final payment with a 5% surcharge. We do not accept International bids as we want these vehicles to remain in the US as part of our heritage and history. We welcome new bidders or bidders with less than 10 feedback but you must identify yourself to us with name and phone number before bidding to avoid your bid being cancelled.
