Jeep Description: Up for auction is my Jeep CJ7. It is technically a 1981 year model, but I have made so many changes to it the jeep looks more like a 1984-85 year model. I built the Jeep with the goal in mind to tackle some of the trails here in Texas and in Colorado. I have had the Jeep since 1997 and did a lot of work to it up until about 2003. Since then it has been a Sunday driver (just to maintain the running gear) and have not had much time for it, and now that I have 2 babies and other projects I will have even less time for the Jeep. I have put about $25,000 of parts into the Jeep (with a lot of time) and think the asking price is pretty reasonable. Feel free to email any questions. On Dec-19-12 at 18:20:12 PST, seller added the following information: I couple of things I forgot to mention about the jeep is the fuel guage is not operating. I think there is an ohm's difference in the wiring from the fuel pump to the gauge. Also there is a slight caster issue in the steering causing a little bump steer, not bad though.
