Vehicle Detail
What you see here is a 2012 BMW K1600 GLT. This is the greatest touring motorcycle ever made. I purchased this bike back in May of 2012 and rode it from STL back home to Little Rock. This bike has less than 1000 miles. I cannot afford to keep it, but I also cannot afford to give it away. I know the value of this motorcycle. The "suggested list price" is $26,580. Average Retail price is $25,996. You will not find a value on this model of BMW motorcycle like this one. Immaculate. Beautiful. Showroom condition. Loaded. Located in Cabot, Arkansas. Feel free to stop by and take a look at this motorcycle. The K1600 GTL is purpose-built for luxury touring and two-up comfort. In its trim base, it is equipped with integral ABS, self-leveling headlamps(new Adaptive headlight technology only found on BMW's), Heated grips and seats, cruise control, on-board computer, selectable power modes(sport, touring, and comfort), adjustable windshield(electric), multi-controller(located on left handgrip), bluetooth, audio system, top case, comfort windshield, and a comfort footrest. As the bike leans into a turn, the adaptive headlight technology aims the beam through the direction of the turn, and is quite impressive on its accuracy. All three bags are lockable via the hand control on the right handlebar, or through the key fob and also has an alarm setting when locked with the key fob. Through the hand controls, you can toggle through a wide array of menu settings without taking your hands off the controls. Some options you can change are heated seat/brips, ESA II(this is a fully changeable electronic suspension system), Communications, trip meters, and more. This bike has fog lights, which light the road up incredibly well. There is an onboard tire pressure monitor that lets you know the exact PSI of each tire. You can turn off or turn on the DCC(Digital Traction Control). The dealer told me if you want to do wheelies and burnouts you would have to toggle this option off every time you start the bike...Not anything that interested me, but definitely speaks of the power of the inline 6 engine, which was not abused at all. The cruise control is an amazing option that I did not get to experience much, as I wanted to properly break in the engine by varying my speeds. This bike has been babied, and it has been garaged since it was purchased.
