This 1987 Dodge Power Ram w100 Short wheel base is a great truck with very low mileage, well taken care of and it shows. The truck was bought by a retired couple who used it to pull their pontoon boat too and from the river. The only time the 4 wheel drive was ever used was when he was pulling the boat up the boat ramp. In 1998 the truck was parked in a barn until 2010 when their son decided to get it back on the road, he replaced the fuel tank, changed all fluids, tires exc,exc. and after he decided he had no need for it, we ended up with it. I currently drive this truck too and from work daily 70+ miles round trip, so the miles will go up some until the end of the auction. The heat works great but the a/c could use a charge. This truck runs, drives and shifts like a dream. I have a video of the truck driving highway speeds if you want it just request. There is a small seam rip in the seat right where the driver gets in (see pictures) there is a small dent above rear driver side wheel (see pictures) this truck is road ready and I would drive it anywhere I really mean that anywhere. It is also rust free. The 4x4 works well but sometimes after shifting out of 4x4 it takes a few minutes for the light to go out. It was taken to a shop to be checked and they said some of the vacum lines were dry cracked?? but they recomended to just put manual hubs on it and bypass the vacum system completly but as for the light staying on a few minutes they said it was normal. This truck stops good with no funny sounds. You can fly in and drive this one home. No it does not burn any oil. Also the only kind of oil ever used in this truck is havoline 10w30 and I alsoUsed it when I changed it. No it is not perfect it's a 25 yearold truck, but I can bet you won't find many others this clean, this is a really nice truck and people always talk about how clean it is. Finally yes I am willing to come down but not much at all. I will lower the buy it now price to 3350.00 that's a heck of a deal for this truck.
