Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1992 Chevy Silverado 1500. I have invested over $12,000 into this truck including the late model EFI engine and transmission swap for better fuel economy, horsepower, and reliability. I bought this truck about 3 years ago and I have replaced and upgraded almost every single part on the truck since then. Most of the parts have been replaced within the last year. Tags are good until Apr. 2013. This truck was my Daily Driver for 2 years so I know that it is reliable and I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere. If you drive this truck normal you can get about 15mpg. I have done all of the work on it so I know everything about it. The truck is in great condition for its age but it does have some flaws like any truck of its age. To see more pictures of the truck please click on the link belowhttp://s1252.beta.photobucket.com/user/chevynick/library/#/user/chevynick/library/?&_suid=135226367995701734435830614413 The engine and transmission are from 2004 Chevy Avalanche. The engine is the reliable and powerful 5.3L Vortec. The transmission is a GM 4l60e. I upgraded a few parts on both the engine and transmission when I installed them. The engine upgrades include an aftermarket camshaft from Thunder racing, installed a set of long tube headers from Schoenfeld, electric cooling fans for better gas mileage and engine performance, and a performance dyno tune from CBM motorsports in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. The transmission modifications include a Shift kit from Transgo and a 3200rpm stall torque converter from Circle D Specialties. The rear axle has an upgraded Posi unit from Eaton. I have always used AMSOIL synthetic engine oil in this engine. I have also replaced many of the suspension components including the shocks both front and rear, leaf springs and bushings, upper and lower front ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rod ends, idler arm, pitman arm, and I also added 2" drop shackles to level out the truck stance. The wheels and tires came off of a 2011 Silverado. The tires are 245/70/17 General Grabber HTS and they have about 50% tread left. The interior and exterior are in very good condition. The body is very straight but not perfect. There is one dent below the driver side tail light. The paint color is Satin black and it is paint not primer. The interior is all redone with some tasteful upgrades including new recling, and sliding suspension seats from Corbeau, new headliner, new carpet, nice floor mats with the "SS" logo stitched in, new door panels, billet steering wheel with tilt column. The truck has factory power windows and door locks that work great. It also has aftermarket gauges from Autometer on the A-Pillar to monitor engine oil pressure, transmission fluid temperature, and engine water temperature. This truck also has a nice stereo including a Kenwood CD/MP3 head unit, Alpine 500 watt amplifier, and 2 Rockford Fosgate 4"x6" speakers. This truck has many new parts and tasteful upgrades. I'm sure I forgot to list some of them here so feel free to ask me any questions about the truck. You can send me a message or call or text me.
