Up for auction is my 1996 Toyota Tacoma extended cab. Bright red and beautiful!! Its a four wheel drive and it has the ultra reliable 2.7L four cylinder, mated up to the five speed manual transmission.If you know anything about Toyotas this is the best set up, and with routine maintainence they just dont break!! Ive owned the truck for about four years now, and have never had any issues with it other that the routine maintainence(oil changes ,fluid changes, brakes, etc) as you can see in the pics, ive taken very good care of it,as i do all my vehicles.reason for selling,i now have a company truck and wont be driving this enough now. It gets 20 mpg around town and 23 on the freeway. i kept track with every fillup The interior is in good shape.no rips, tares,or cracks anywhere and the headliner looks brand new. also there are no odors, no stains, and everything if functional.There is a small hole in the drivers seat the size of a pencel eraser that has been there since i bought it. other than that there are no surprizes. mechanically,its about as good as you can get!! the motor starts easily and runs with good power. No noises or shakes to be had, AND IT DOES NOT USE ONE DROP OF OIL!!!the transmission shifts butter smooth, clutch has zero play, and the four wheel drive shifts and works perfect.i just put new brakes and rotors on two months ago so theres no shake or worry there.My truck drives straight with no wheel shake or shimmy.about 8 months ago i put new shocks and springs on the rear. they were starting to show some sag so i upgraded to a set of Dorman 3 leaf springs which brought it back to new. mechanically this truck needs nothing. I use Royal Purple fluids in the rears, tranny, and the transfer case, and they are all good for another 20k miles.again, its ready to go and needs nothing. the exterior of the truck is in good shape as well. the paint looks great, tons of shine as seen in the pics. NO RUST ANYWHERE ON THIS BODY!! the bed has a bedliner, and the lower 5 inches or the truck have been covered in Chip guard coating. i had this done 3 years ago and it still looks new. i like the look and it prevents rust which is win win.there are some scratches and scuffs as it is a used truck. there is a long scratch down the right side you can see up close.all the cars on my block got keyed one night.there is a crack in the left tail light lense. it works fine but the crack is there and i disclose everything.other than that its good. i just noticed the right side bumper filler below the light is missing.they snap in. i will have a new one ordered from the dealership and it will be on for pick up. very sorry, it was there last week. i guess someone needed one As i said i always took good cae of this truck and it has served me well with no let downs.whoever gets it will love it and get alot of years of service from it.youll notice its not all dolled up like most cars on here. i didnt pay to have it detailed and cover a bunch of stuff up like some ive seen on ebay. i washed,waxed, and wiped it down, thats it. its just how ive always kept it so when you pick it up or its delivered what you see is what you get and i know youll be pleased with it. cant be more honest than that.if you can come on over and take a look at it. as for dilivery, you can drive this truck across country if need be, so if you make arangments, i can pick you up at the airport in it, or you can work out shipping. i will drive it to you if you are within a 300 mile radius, and you cover my fuel usage. i will need a two hundred dollar depost made at the auction end which is non refundable. i dont like to do that but ebay isnt free and ive heard storys about people who scam and others that dont intend to buy what they bid on PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME or text with any questions you may have 301 697 0666 CLEAN CLEAR TITLE IN HAND11
