The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 1992 Mercedes 300E with 136,684 original miles. This car was owned a university professor who traded it in toward a newer Mercedes. I belive that all of the paint on this car is original. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. We performed a basic maintenance service and road test and on this Mercedes in preparation for sale. The 3.0L engine runs very strong, and the automatic transmission shifts very well. The owner installed a complete set of Michelin tires which are showing most of their tread, and the brakes are in excellent condition. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. We checked and tested all of the power windows, door locks, seats, sunroof, heated seats, and the heater & air conditioning. They are all working very well. The stereo and speakers also sound good. The Seafoam Green exterior looks terrific and has been well maintained. Other than a few nicks or minor imperfections, the entire body is in excellent condition. The paint finish is glossy over the entire body and not faded, probably because this car has been garage kept. The wheels and both of the bumpers are in great condition as well. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. The interior of this Mercedes is in really great condition. The leather seats are soft and supple with only minor wear on the side bolster of the driver seat. The carpeting is fluffy, clean and in excellent condition. There aren’t any rips, stains or holes on any of the seats or carpeting. The vinyl fabric on the passenger side door post is loose, and the climate fan is missing one button cap, which can be replaced by just snapping back in. Otherwise, all of the interior trim pieces are intact and undamaged. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. This is a very nice running Mercedes that should provide great service for many years to come. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
