1993 CHEVY K5 WITH 122K ORIGINAL MILES!!!Thats 6.7k miles a year!! Features:Meyers 7.5 snow plow (works great)Added utility safety bar lights (the ones on top)5.7 liter engine4X4 or 4 wheel drivefactory stereoShort cab stytle for small radius turnsPrevious owner Notes:Mechanically soundTransmission and transfer case rebuilt about 3 years ago (we do NOT have paper work to verify this but it looks very clean)New Gas tankOnly driven to plow snow since 1993After our mechanic thoroughly went over the truck this is what we found.Mechanically soundRuns excellentNot a quick take off but it has about 1/2 ton of weight in front of it, so it makes since.new gas tankGas lines looked like they have been replaced with rubber hoses(towards the back) but is fineLots of rust around the bottom of the truck( does not effect any performance, just a cosmetic eye sore)There are a few small holes in the inside flooring (not like anyone’s going to fall through, very small like they were made to run wires, etc...)Seats has rips in it( a cover would be perfect)Lots of extra plow parts (smalls, bolts, retainer clips, etc..see pics)Some one installed the bar lights and the controls on this truck and they did a good job.Two of the blinkers in the overhead bar light does not work (every other light up top works fine)We had it tuned up (oil change, wires, plugs, fluids tipped off) so it’s ready to go. (NOTE: This truck will need an oil change soon, the truck has been sitting for a year)The side light on the door was also an addition, it’s not working the wire is not hooked up but the bulb looks fine.Drives down the road smooth, there is a little play in the wheel probably due to the plow. There is NO shaking or pulling to the side, you can literally take your hands off the wheel.Brand new TiresDriver side door lever has a little play in it, but it works fine.Two sets off keysNo leaksNo service LightsDrives over bumps smooth, no rattling, the suspension feels great.( Probably due to the low miles)Overall our mechanic gives this truckB for engine performance (only new deserves an A)C for body condition, cleans up well, but has rustB for the plow response and workabilityD for interior, cleans up well, but far from perfect (NOTE: it’s good for the type off truck this is, better than some newer model cars we've seen)B for starting up on the dime, no matter how long it hasn’t ranB for only having 122k and it’s 18 years old(See Video) This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied.
