1988 BMW 528E automatic western rust free car with original paint and as stated earlier this is a 100 percent Rust free now and always a rust free car ! runs and drives well its not perfect but for a car that's 30 years plus old it's awesome. I have the headlight ring for the front right i just need to put back on after a new headlight. it has its normal BMW lights on the cluster stating like O2 sensor so it may need those. car has its age creeks and noises but not bad for age. Drives pretty tight. it has the early on board message center has a few light bulbs.on their. i and my 30 year old son and I have driven for 3 years and have not 1 no start or left us stranded during that time. it has always ran on Mobil 1 oil and does not smoke or make any engine noise. i think it has maybe 1 noisy catalytic converter does that rattle noise. the leather color is worn that could be dyed and look new. no rips has 1 spot on the drivers seat that 1 thread in the seam is letting go. i put later model 7 series wheels with new tires a while back. i have the originals if you like. i also put a 2 year old new kenwood CD radio with blue tooth in it that was almost 400.00 alone. sounds awesome. this is a car you can drive and put a little TLC in it and enjoy along time if you look online i have read That people have 300,000 plus miles on these with no problems so this car has some years left in it. i think you could drive on a trip in the morning for sure. also car has spent its life in California and las Vegas NV. since new. I have a clear Nevada title in my name .this car was over $40,000.00 when new in 1988. for the money i think its a great car and a great look for the price. please see all pix and ask all questions.
