This beauty will make it anywhere in the lower 48, it runs that good and is very responsive and zips along while sipping fuel! Clean Sprite up for bid.This is a beautiful 1968 Sprite in very good condition that has not been restored. It has never been in winter weather and has always been garage kept. The previous owner had it painted several years ago. It has a few small chips on paint but shows nice and turns heads where ever it goes!. It has been driven sparingly over its 44 year history, for a total of 55,000 actual miles. This Sprite has an all original manual transmission and 1200 engine both of which run excellent. The body is sound with no rust issues. The interior is in good shape with some paint wear and rubber around shifter has a rip in it. (See pics), and the convertible top is new. Everything works as it should including all gauges, heater, horn, wipers. The engine runs great and has great oil pressure. It has a slight oil burn smell not all the time but occasionaly as though a gasket seal may be compromised but it does not drip or use oil excessively. We have driven this alot, a cruises along at 70-80 mph without a care. Also no leaks in the top as we had it out in a down pour recenty and it didn't leak. The driver sun visor is broke, tires good tread but checked. Described as accurately as possible. She's not perfect but really nice and runs terrific!
