Up for auction is my 1969 Mustang mach 1 R code car, this is a project car that is 60% finished. This is an original titled and marti report certified "R" code 428 4 speed car.original shaker option, Big block shock towers, power steering, power disc front brakes, rebuilt 9" nodular iron rearend with detroit tru-trac, 31 spline axles and 3.55 ratio.This car has been stored in the garage since the day we bought it 17 years ago, has'nt even seen rain since the day we brought her home. In its current state the engine is a rebuilt and bored 030 over 302 with edelbrock intake and new holley 650 double pumper carb. Trans is a rebuilt C4 auto with TCI stall converter. New radiator with electric fan and fan controller. last winter we rebuilt the front and rear suspension, new kyb shocks all around, new shackles, all new poly bushings front and rear, new lower control arms, spring seats, stainless braided brake lines, brake proportion valve, new master cylinder, booster, brake calipers and 4 wheel alignment. The interior is mostly complete but not installed, I have about 90% of the interior. Including instrument cluster with 8000 rpm TACH option, light teak wood accents and rebuilt working mach 1 clock. deluxe hi-back mach 1 seats with new covers, fold down rear seat option, new quarter mouldings, all new weatherstrip, new headliner, new carpet (installed), sound deadening under carpet, interiors screw kit, everything ordered from CJ pony parts. The body on this mustang is great with no rust, we had it painted about 15 years ago but time has taken its toll on it. fenders and hood need to be aligned as well as doors. has new windshield, and all other glass is in good condition. New front bumper, missing some window trim but all is available through CJ pony parts. We also have the original shaker for this car, complete with bottom, flapper assy, and alum scoop, all will need restoration but these parts alone are super hard to find!! This is a running/driving project car. We have not had the time to finish it and its time to move onto other things. Buyer will be responsible for shipping, This car is titled but not licensed so it will need to be trailered to its new owner. All sales are final and no warranty implied.
