1950 Chevrolet 5 WindowPurchased this truck from original owners family. Stayed in Northern California all its life and was purchased on the farm where it spent it's entire life. California Black License plates, Odometer reads 52,042 original miles of which still works so I believe this to be true. Everything stock in truck including bench seat cover. Paint is obviously not stock but was told it was painted 14 years ago in the family's barn. 216 with 3 on the tree, 6 volt, surface rust on floor but very solid, solid cab corners with slight bubbling on driver side corner but not penetrating all the way through. Older paint job that is not perfect but cleans up well. Cab and fenders are not show quality and shows some flaws in some body work. Truck shows great character and looks like an old truck that is actually used and not for show. Wood slats in bed are older but still strong to carry a load. Interior is in good shape, all gauges work. Speedo cable is slow moving past 20 mph. Gas tank was drained of sediment and a new glass bowl fuel pump installed. New Wheel cylinders installed. All glass in good shape, felt around windows are old as door glass has some play. Older door rubber cracking as well. All this is original so it is expected. New 600/16 Coker Whitewalls on stock 16" rims / 6 lug. New center caps with ribbed trim rings.Truck has several oil change stickers documenting milage, most visible one is on windshield showing oil to be changed in 1998 at 54,931.
