Vehicle Detail
This Wagoneer is in really good shape. No cracks or tears in the upholstery. The body is straight and has no rust (except a little on the exhaust pipe). The fuel sending unit is new and we replaced all of the rubber fuel hoses. The powersteering pump and pulley are brand new and we just replaced the plugs and wires. We have a brand new aluminum radiator that we have not had the chance to install and a set of break pads (current pads work fine) but will include it with the sale. All of the power windows and locks work - even the rear window! The only thing that I can remember that doesn't work is the rear window washer jet - it has not worked since we have owned it. We have had it on a sitting permit for the last several years, but we get out and start her up and drive her around the block every couple months or so. As our family expanded and money got tighter, the Wagoneer just became less practical and less of a priority. She runs good and has never left me on the side of the road. Any issue we ever had happened after we got home! The 4x4 works great and she handles very well in the snow and windy mountain roads that we live in, but also is very smooth and comfortable on the highway. The last time we drove her around the block, the next morning we notice an oil leak that appears to be coming from the oil pan. There are a few small cosmetic concerns. The windshield is cracked and there are a couple small dings that are not very noticeable. The paint is oxidized in several places as well. It would not take much to bring her to tip top. We truly love this vehicle and will be sad to see her go but want to see her in the hands of someone that can take care of her. We will be happy to answer any questions so please email us. On Nov-09-12 at 11:25:52 PST, seller added the following information:Update 11/9/12 - After taking additional pictures of the undercarriage, we noticed that there is a small amount of surface rust underneath the Jeep. We have posted several more photos on photobucket and are uploading more today. Please send us a message and we can email the link and passcode. We do not wish to mislead anyone or misrepresent what we are selling so please look at these pictures and email us with any questions. Thanks:) The dash has not been altered at all. There are no cracks in it. Original cassette player and speakers. The wood paneling on the inside is in great shape - no cracks or scratches. The interior of this Wagoneer is really nice and what sold us on it:) We can't vouch for the former owners (we think we are the 3rd) but I am a non-smoker and the ashtrays don't look as though they have been used. The oil pan gasket does need to be replaced and would only cost around $60 to do yourself.
