Offered for your consideration is a Limited Edition Alfa Romeo Spider. The Quadrifoglio version received all the available options from the factory, such as 15" alloy wheels, gray leather interior with red stitching, PW, PM, AC, etc. It also featured attractive body skirts all the way around. These late model Spiders with Bosch electronic engine management are very reliable and easy to live with, compared with the earlier cars. This particular example has only 77k miles, and is in very good condition. Excellent running and driving car. The body and paint are nearly flawless. The engine is very powerful, quiet and keeps steady temperature regardless of driving conditions. Clutch feel and performance is excellent. Transmission has a very typical Alfa notchy second gear, less noticeable when warm, otherwise just fine. Driveshaft has a new rubber flexible joint, and is very tight. Differential is quiet, and has no slop in it. Brakes are excellent. Tires are good, full size spare in the trunk. Convertible top is very nice black canvas. No hard top. Interior is mostly good, seats are weathered and stitching coming apart. Carpet is OK. Windshield has a scratch from wiper arm. Recent new parts installed include alternator and rear muffler. All the electrical works fine, including power mirrors! with the following exceptions: passenger door window does not respond to PW switch. The motor/regulator itself are fine, and work, if you give it direct current. The switch probably needs to be cleaned or replaced. AC blows warm. It's all there and stock, but no belt on the compressor. In summary, this is a very nice Spider, that can use a little tinkering, but is fully usable as is. This car will make someone very happy.
