Every diesel truck we purchase from auction facilities is immediately put through a testing process by the auction before we pay for it. The auction has SAE certified mechanics that specialize in diesel trucks and engines. Part of the test includes a high pressure sniff test that is part of the cooling system to make sure there is no head gasket leak. EGR is checked and tested to make sure there are no leaks, defects etc. Transmission and engine is brought up to temperature and scanned by factory computers to make sure there are no fault codes or mechanical issues. Turbo boost is checked to assure full boost is being achieved and there are no drop offs in boost or pressure. On four wheel drive trucks the drive line and transfer case is tested to make sure they work properly including CV joints in the front axles where applicable. If a truck fails in any of these categories we are not obligated to purchase it. This process assures us that we are getting a good quality truck that has no issues and the truck will be a good truck for our customers. From there we perform our own tests and make sure brakes, windows, radio and air conditioning is operating as it should. The majority of our trucks are one owner trades back
to dealerships that cared for them in the first place. We know the history of our purchases and pass this information on to you the potential buyer. Carfax
