Vehicle Detail

1998 Ford SVT Mustang Cobra. 5 speed manual transmission. The car is bright atlantic blue (very rare) with black leather interior. It has 94,xxx miles and has been very well taken care of with regular oil changes and I have always used Mobil 1 full synthetic. The paint is bright and is in great shape. The leather seats are in perfect shape with the exception of one small place on the drivers seat which is not easily noticed. The transmission shift smooth and the motors runs very strong. It has many tasteful mods: Interior: Autometer Cobalt Air/Fuel ratio Autometer Cobalt Oil Pressure Autometer Cobalt 5 inch monster tach w/ shift light which was installed using a bracket from upr which means I didnt make any holes in the dash Carbon Fiber dash/trim kit All the buttons, knobs, clothes hangers etc. have been replaced with matching UPR billet aluminum Exterior: 18 inch Chrome Cobra R wheels, 18x9 front and 18x10 on the rear BFG G-Force T/A KDW 2 tires 265/35/18 on the front and 285/35/18 on the rear Chrome Halo/LED headlights UPR Chrome COBRA inserts on the rear bumper Engine/Trans/Exhaust MSD plug wires MSD coil packs K&N cold air and filter BBK under drive pulleys Steeda Tri-Ax short throw shifter Bassani Off-Road X pipe Flow Master single chamber mufflers BBK MIL eliminator O2 sensors Ford Racing 3.73 gears with full synthetic gear oil McCloud Racing heavy duty clutch (over $400) This car runs and drives great... The only issues are that the back tires are starting to dry rot on the sidewalls even though the tires on have a little over a thousand miles on them (dont know if I got a bad batch or if its from sitting too much). The steering wheel shows ware but it has a carbon fiber cover on it. The shocks and struts need to be replaced and the front brakes will need to be changed soon as well. The drivers side window needs to be adjusted, it works ok but seems to be off track. I have the factory exhaust that came with the car and a set of Eibach Sport line lowering springs that i would also sell with the car if the buyer was interested. Since the car is 14 years old it is sold as is with no warranty of any kind written or implied. A non refundable deposit of $500 will be required within 24 hours of the end of the auction with the balance due in cash upon local pick up. If there are any questions or you would like to drive the car send a message with your phone number and I will get in touch asap. This is an amazing car that turns heads everywhere it goes. It runs strong and sounds wicked with the exhaust set up thats on it. The car has never been abused or on a track (never supercharged, never used nitrous, etc..). This is one of the best looking mustangs you will find. I do have the title in hand... I am only selling because it just sets in the garage. I do drive it occassionally and let it idle at least once a week. The oil was recently changed using Mobil1 15k mile full synthetic oil. .
