The 4 Cylinder Engine Has Lost Compression in ONE Cylinder. My Mechanic Advises that the Forester Will Need a NEW or REBUILT Engine. In His Opinion the Problem is Internal to the Engine. **THE CAR NEEDS TO BE TOWED**-The Car will Start, but it is Not Safe To Drive with the Engine. My Mechanic Installed New Wiring So I could drive it home. 2. The Cruise Control Does Not Work. -The Forester Has A Remote Control Alarm System.-The Forester Has a 5th Wheel for a Spare Tire-Not a Doughnut.
