1997 BMW 528i. Silver exterior with gray leatherette interior. Automatic transmission. Approximately 226,000 miles. 2.8L straight 6. Car runs and drives, but does need some repair to be registered and drivable for long distances. Needs a radiator and waterpump due to leakage, car will only drive a few blocks before starting to over heat. It also has a transmission leak that needs to be repaired and the trans fluid topped off - the trans takes a bit longer to shift due to the low level. It also needs transmission mounts, one engine mount arm, and it currently has the ABS, Airbag, and traction control warning lights on. Have not had it diagnosed. Also may need some suspension ball joints, as my mechanic said. I was quoted about $2000 for everything listed above, but a competent mechanic could do it for much cheaper. Car is in used condition with minor dents and dings, but nothing major. Has some scratches on the hood and trunk lid from where the previous owner would set his briefcase everyday for years. The front bumper is a bit loose on one side due to a missing clip and possibly a broken bracket. All the class is good. The interior is in ok shape, the seat fabric is coming apart on the drivers seat, and a couple trim pieces on the inside are loose. Door locks, windows, automatic sunroof works. Also has an aftermarket cd player, and also an alarm system. Has 16' Racing Dynamic wheels, with Kumho 225/55 R16 tires. Tires will pass inspection, has about 3/4 tread on two and 1/2 tread on the other two. No reserve. Title in hand.
