1983 Honda Nighthawk CB550 for $550. The bike was running when I purchased it with some damage from the previous owner. I got the bike home replaced the plugs and it is now not running...Im sure its something simple I just dont have the time and knowledge to get this running on my own. As said before there is some damage from the previous owner, the right side panel is missing and tank has a small dent towards the front. I have replaced the clutch master cylinder and have a brand new headlight that I just havent replaced yet that I will include. I am also including a full faced, size Large helmet that is a matte black finish...it is brand new as well I just took it out of the box and put it on to see if it fit and havent touched it since THIS IS THE LOCAL CRAIGSLIST ADD HE HAD.I AM SELLING FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I CAN RELAY QUESTION BACK AND FORTH. I AM NOT SURE IF THE 22 YEAR OLD OWNER GOT FRESH GAS IN IT, OR IF THE COMBO OF COKE AND A CARBED ENGINE TO A 22 YEAR OLD IS WHY IT WILL NOT START NOW. MY GUESS IS THE PLUGS GOT GASSED FOULED FROM WRONG CHOCKING. I HEARD IT RUN A FEW SECONDS AT A TIME WHEN IT SHOWED UP TO MY GARAGE ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF AGO. I DONT KNOW BIKES, SO I HAVENT MESSED WITH IT. IS A MOSTLY DEEP PURPLE WITH PURPLE FLAME PAINT ON THE TANK. I BELIEVE IT COULD BE PARTED OUT FOR MORE, OR A NICE WINTER PROJECT TO RIDE IN THE SPRING. I HAVE NO RAMPS OR A TRUCK, SO THAT WILL HAVE TO BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. OR THE BUYER ARRANGE FOR SHIPPING. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY GARAGE BACK. ANY QUESTIONS, LET ME KNOW.
