2008 450r nationals ready. Bike was built from the frame up to race. All the work on this bike was done by Pual Drapper at Cycle Tech. The motor was built by Baldwin Motorsports in Kingsville, OH. The bike Dyno'd at 58 hp. I have all the receipts for the motor, parts, and work done at Cycle Tech and Baldwin Motorsports. The motor in this bike is high output short track motor with a forged crank, 14.5:1 high compression piston, +1 titanium intake and exhaust valves. stage 3 webcam cam. Head was ported and polished with angle cut valves. This motor has an electric and kick start. Other parts on the bike include -- from the ground up -- Frame is white powder coated ITP tires Hyper carbon fiber, 3 piece beadlock wheels Houser +3 A arms and +3 axle Elka triple rate suspension with reservoir (front and rear)(set up for 190lb rider) Viper steering stabilizer K&N cold air with air box eliminator kit Flexx handle bars Billet thumb throttle ALBA nerf bars with rear kick plates CDI ignition 44mm keihin carburetor with accelerator bowl (requires 112 race fuel in motor) Rossier full exhuast This bike is set up to be nationals race ready. It is a super light bike that has an unbelievable power plant in it. The motor has about 8hrs of break in time from when it was completed in march and is completely dyno tuned with no hesitation and very edgy.
