1971 Chevy C/10 Pickup Truck Very Sharp,Very Dependable, well cared for! This is the best of both worlds...a truck that your proud to own, but not a trailer queen your afraid to drive! The details: This truck was restored approximately 8 1/2 years ago.I was told the engine and transmission were completely rebuilt, some touch-up painting done and new brakes and alternator installed. Truck body is VERY solid and straight. No rust body. Interior shows very well. New cover on seat and new black dual visors. Paint is a 8 on a 10 scale, only because there are a few spots that have been touched up (very small) here and there. Bed floor is incredible. This bed was barely used before I got the truck, and I have not hauled anything in it myself. Newly installed driver side mirror. Underside is rust free (other than very minor surface rust in a few areas). New dual exhaust recently installed. Original Radio that is non-working. All electrical including gauges work as they should. Lots of pictures attached that help to show how well cared for this truck is. Tires have less than 5,000 miles on tread. Engine: Stock 350 rebuilt as stated above. Runs strong, great compression. Hoses, belts all new within th last 1,000 miles. brand new air filter. Maintained properly. Transmission: Also stock, rebuilt as stated above. 350 turbo hydromatic that shifts smoothly and performs like it should. Power Steering and Power Brakes: This was the 1st year for Front Disc Brakes...VERY IMPORTANT, because 1971 was the 1st year to offer front disc brakes. Much safer than previous years. Cab Mounts and Body: SOLID-SOLID-SOLID...I cannot stress enough how important this is. No squeaks and rattles. This is truly a GREAT TRUCK THAT YOU"LL BE PROUD TO OWN!!! The only reason I'm selling is to assist my daughter with college. Good clear title in my name. Cash or wire transfer preferred.
