We at CAMPBELL BROTHERS AUTO SALES INC. are offering for sale this 2005 PONTIAC GTO that was originally equip with a 6.0L V8 and a 6-SPEED TRANSMISSION. We purchased this vehicle from a bank as a repossession and the previous owner removed the powertrain before the bank could pick it up. The body and chassis are complete and with the exception of some small dents and scratches (keyed) appear to be in fair condition. The interior is complete and in good condition. This car would make a very good project car, race car, or you could make some money by parting it out. THE FOLLOWING POWERTRAIN and COMPUTER COMPONENTS ARE MISSING... RADIATOR CONDENSER FAN ENGINE EXHAUST COMPUTER TRANSMISSION SHIFT LEVER STEERING GEAR BOX STEERING SECTOR SHAFT BRAKE MODULE TWO FACTORY WHEELS BASICALLY EVERY EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD AND SOME OF THE COMPUTERS BETWEEN THE GRILL AND THE DRIVE SHAFT ARE GONE. MOST STEERING COMPONENTS ARE MISSING WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN. With all of the that said. The chassis, and interior are in relatively good condition. The differential, drive shaft, and the rest of the chassis and drivetrain components appear to be intact and in good condition. Due to the computer being removed we have no way of knowing the mileage. Therefore we must sell this vehicle to be TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN. This vehicle is however being sold with a CLEAR TITLE and has a CLEAN CARFAX. If you or a friend have the mechanical ability this could make someone an sports car or a very nice profit. CONDITION: EXTERIOR: Minor dents and scratches. The car has been keyed, it has some small dents, and the paint on the hood is chipped, and the windshield is cracked. Considering the circumstances the body is in overall fair condition. INTERIOR: The interior looks to be complete and is in relatively good condition. It could use a good cleaning however the leather, dash, carpet, door panels, etc..... appear to be in good condition. DRIVE TRAIN: THE COMPLETE POWERTRAIN HAS BEEN REMOVED AND MISSING. CAR DOES NOT RUN OR DRIVE. We will be happy to assist you or the transporter with the loading of this car.
