Have a 1979 F150 4x4 with 74 grille ( round headlights) with a lot of upgrades. Has 460 motor out of 1978 Grand Marquis , motor has 50k original miles , However we tore it down and installed all new rings bearings throughout engine & cross hatched the cyl bore ( looked good ) motor has been ran 1500 miles since redone . Heads were rebuilt at same time, cooked, 3 angle valve job new locks and springs. Cam journals have been line bored so we could install a Crane Torque RV cam.Double roller timing chain , 50k HEI distributor with Ford racing wires. Ford Racing Aluminum valve covers , Holley high volume fuel pump.Edelbrock Performer intake ( gasket matched) Edelbrock 750 4bbl carb, 3 inch exhaust with magnaflow mufflers L&L shorty Nickel plated headers.L&L 10 quart off road oil pan (dual baffle). L&L 429-460 conversion kit. Transmission C-6 automatic with B&M shift kit. Newer 3 row radiator. Dana 44 front axle with Detroit locker and 4:56 ring gears, Yukon chrome moly axles with super joints. Rear Ford 9" with Detroit locker, stock axles 31 spline with 4:56 gears. Both differentials had bearing and seal kit installed.Transfer case NP205.Tires super swamper IROK 39.5 x 13.5 x 16 Radials on pro comp simulated bead lock, all 4 tires have 90% or above tread.Braking Ford super duty 2004 hydro boost brake system with custom adapter. New power steering pump (dual return).Centric parts Ford Thunderbird brake calipers (bigger piston). Steel braided hoses and stainless steel brake lines.6" suspension lift (new leaf packs - not add a leaf) 2" body lift Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks. Heavier track bar came with suspension kit.Newer parts: starter, Interstate (31) battery, bed was just urethaned.Truck is Very nice condition, body is super solid. We had it down to the frame a few years ago when all these upgrades were installed.Drives very nice down road, brakes are unbelievable great!! Motor is very strong, you won't be disappointed I am selling due to I don't like it just setting around, I hardly ever drive it and would love for it to go to someone that will enjoy it.I also have a new rear window gasket and just never put it in, it will come with the sale.
