Up for the first time is a 2001 Suzuki GSX750F Katana. This entry level/intermediate skill sport bike is the right choice for those evening rides through the country-side or fuel saving commutes through bumper to bumper traffic. This bike has a very comfortable seating position for those long rides up through the mountains, and a low seat for easily handling this bike in stop and go traffic. It has the legendary Suzuki In-Line four cylinder engine for plenty of power, yet not the high maintenance engines as on the race bikes. The Katana comes with a lot of nice features not often seen on sport bikes, such as a fuel guage and a clock to go along with the speedometer, tachometer and two trip meters. There is a really nice Yoshimura exhaust system on it and it really sounds good. The bike fires right on up, but because the previous owner had it sitting a while, the carbs will need to be blown out a bit. The left rear passenger peg is missing, and there is a small ping on the left side of the tank. You can make it out by closely looking at the photo of the tank. There are assorted scuffs and scratches on the body work and front fender but none of the plastic is cracked or broken. The front part of the seat cover is ripped and has been taped over to keep moisture out. There is some fading on the tank where a tank protector once was.
