Let me explain the mileage and owner since 2007. Brad bought this car to replace his Mazda in 2007. He is a elementary teacher in his late forties who lives in Kalamazoo and teaches in Hartford, which is about a 40 mile trip down the interstate. So you can figure with that 80 mile round trip during the school year for the last several years adds up to 80,000 highway miles. Every time I saw Brad drive this car he was easy on it, too easy for a Camaro, but at least he didn't beat on this. Now he's getting a Subaru and asked me to sell this for him, If I had the money, I'd keep it for myself. Set the reserve way below book just to get this sold, but not going to give it away. T tops, leather, power seats, mirrors, locks, windows. I've been a friend of the owner for over ten years and replaced the failure prone driver side power window motor. Also recently had the power steering pump replaced, and repaired non working turn signals and bypassed the daytime running light module (DRL) that tends to burn up the turn signal sockets. All over good condition, runs and drives good, sounds great, and doesn't show the wear you would expect for the mileage. Noteable wear is the side bolster of the driver seat, stone chips and scratches to the front bumper cover. Light surface rust on the rear wheel well lips (easy repair), and a rust hole inside the left rear wheel well, could be patched and undercoated. The stereo works but the buttons no longer light up. Car is all stock, no mods or add ons. I've read that the SS package added nearly $4,000 to the original Z/28. I think that included suspension, exhaust, and cold air induction mods. Car is a blast to drive, I think it's ready for some street and strip duty in the future. Look around on here for the prices of the other Camaro SS ads and on Craigslist, this car is priced right.
