Vehicle Detail
1969 Chevy c10 longbed 2wd pickup truck from Nevada. Very clean truck from Nevada original wood bed, look at the pictures and come for a test drive. New tires and rims worth $1000 cost $800 to have shipped from Nevada. Not a show truck yet but a easy project or drive as is. odometer says 39,166 so I am only guessing with the 139,166 could be anywhere from 39,166 to 939,166. Drive it home. Previous owner told me engine and trans have been rebuilt and the truck is a matching numbers truck (not sure how to verify that or if it even matters, I was told it doesn't matter with this truck). He also had it painted (not award winning but good enough). I would refinish wood bed, install radio and speakers (holes cut in doors for speakers) replace cheap cover he put on dash with new dash pad from LMC truck ($80) and it needs headlight bezels (chrome piece behind headlight $19.99 at LMC) And yes just about every piece of this truck can be bought from the LMC truck catalog. I need to clean out the garage before winter (at least that's what the wife says, she's tired of parking outside) :They don't make them like this anymore and it will only go up in value. ask any questions and all questions and please check out my other listings I have 100% feedback thanks and good luckOn Oct-18-12 at 18:22:15 PDT, seller added the following information: I added some more pictures just to help clarify the condition of the truck. This is not a $15,000 show truck. It is however a 44 year old truck in good condition from Nevada. I believe the truck to be worth about $5500 in current condition based on my research of similar trucks and what I paid. I set the buy it now at $5200 because I want to sell it. I started the auction at $3000 with no reserve because I want to sell it. The good: Truck has no rust on body, new paint job, new tires and rims and runs good. It drives like a 44 year old truck without power steering. The bad: the above mentioned and truck sometimes needs to be choked to start when cold, and the hard rubber piece of gas pedal is missing. I have 100% feedback and want to keep it that way.
