Heavy duty cooling with clutch type fan. Tinted glass in all windows. Description; The owner purchased the car in lllinois, he is the third owner. There were 67,032 Firebird hardtops built in 1967. The cars were introduced to the public on February 23,1967. Only 29,845 were DeLuxe hardtops. The floor pans and frame rails are very clean. There is no rust found under the car. The trunk compartment is very clean with no signs of rust or rot ever. The car has been painted black. The owner is not sure of the time frame on the paint but I would guess it is ten years or more. The interior appears to be original and in excellent condition. The dash, door panels, seat trim covers, carpets, kick panels etc. are all in very good condition. All glass is in good condition. All chrome and stainless trim are in good condition. The Car runs and drives excellent. The only thing missing is the air conditioner compressor and some of the brackets are gone so the air does not work. The engine compartment is not detailed for shows. The tires are newer B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A white letter P205170R14 on Cragar SIS chrome rims. The mileage shows 96,436, which is believed to be actual miles. The overall condition is very good. The black paint is incorrect for the car. Value; Replacement cost is $11,500.00. This is based on good options, wrong color, market values and overall condition.
