VERY clean and well maintained 1984 Chevy Monte Carlo. 305 4 barrel V8 with 82,000 original miles. This car has always been very reliable and runs PERFECT! It does not hesitate, stall, nor use any oil, and the 3 speed automatic transmission shifts exactly as it should. Solid frame, and everything works including the air conditioning. Rare factory checker board pattern aluminum wheels. All stock, never abused or modified. Cosmetically, this car is not perfect, as it is 29 years old. However, it is in VERY good shape, and gets lots of attention wherever it goes! Very few left in this kind of condition! The paint is probably a 7 on a scale of 1-10, although I did have the hood, roof, and trunk lid professionally buffed this past summer. Came out nice! No rust on the body. Little rust on bottoms of doors, but still solid, and fully intact. Always garaged, no known winters. I'm the third owner. Original owner had it until 1993, with 48,000 miles on it. The second owner sold it to me in 2004 with 68,000 miles on it. It does have a clean carfax, which I also have a copy of. Newer radiator, alternator, battery, AC compressor, seals, belts, and I had both the headliner and carpet professionally replaced a few years back. Tires all match, and have about 10,000 miles on them. Exhaust is good and quiet. Front brakes done about two years ago. I only drive it in the warmer months though. Just inspected, needs nothing, and ready to go! I'm selling because after eight years, I've had my fun with it, and want to buy another classic car. Also included in the sale are an extra set of wheels, floor mats, grille, and all the factory books and manuals.
