I am selling a 2005 Mercedes Benz ML 350 Special Edition. This ML350 has white exterior and grey leather interior and is fully loaded with every option available including navigation. This SUV has almost 125,000 miles. The looks nice but the engine will need some work it has low compression on cylinder number 5, so the car will need to be towed, everything else works perfectly. The original owner lost the title and gave me a notorized application for a duplicate title, this notorized application for title will be used to convey ownership. This means you will not get a title with the car. I was told by the DMV the fastest way to get a title would be to file a lien against the car and have a new title issued. KBB private party value is about $12K. The car is used and has some small scratches, blemishes, ect. and the drivers seat has a small area where the stitching is pulling away from the leather.
