I crawled around the underside, inside and topside to get a good look at the car. This is a unique car, definitely not the family grocery getter unless you grocery store is next to the race track. A sleeper if I ever saw one that'll catch them off guard. The car has an AZ title and believed to have spent it's life there and I see no signs of rust issues under the car. The paint is very good all around and the famous Yellow Blaze. The car was born a slant 6 in Hamtramck but the current engine is a 360 and it's specs are unknown but it sounds very healthy. It has a Holley carburetor, M1 style hi-rise intake, Mopar Black valve covers, ceramic coated headers and more. The transmission is a Tremec 5 speed and it pushes a Dana 60 with 4.11 gears. Someone spent a lot of time and money putting this car together to have a whole bunch of fun. It starts good and drives good. The whole drivetrain has less than 500 miles on it according to the odometer in the VDO speedometer. The exhaust is aluminized all the way out the back so no dust clouds at the shows and it has moderate mufflers so you won't set off all the alarms in the neighborhood. The interior is mostly stock, looks pretty normal until you see the VDO gauges where the cluster and radio used to be. I has the Auto Meter tach right where you can see the shift light when needed. There isn't much more I can say except that it looks real clean on the inside. I didn't run into any big issues with the car, everything was good with a couple details. The headers do hang down so typical for a Mopar you have to be careful going in some driveways. The rear brakes have a shoe that seems to be hanging after the e-brake release, I'm sure it's an adjustment or spring. The car is not compliant with and emissions regulations for CA for sure and some other areas of the country so make sure you know if you will be able to license it where you live. If you are going to race it then it's not an issue. There is no Buy-It-Now, if you want to bypass the bidding on this auction please make an offer I can submit to the Fiduciary for the estate and it will considered. The reserve was set the low end of the current market value as determined by a professional appraiser for the estate. This was determined using comparable sales from auctions and private sales from all over the country, condition was factored into this as well as options on the car. Please don't ask what the reserve is as it's not fair to the other bidders in the auction. There is no interest in any trades, the car is sold as is. I welcome inspections, the car is in storage a few miles from me and can be viewed by appointment. The winning bidder will receive clear title from the estate, it will take several days for the title to be sent after full funds have been received. A bill of sale will be provided in lieu of title until it is sent to you. I can assist with arranging shipping to your location or make recommendations for shipping, of course it can be picked up in person after estate has received funds.
