Great small fighters only come along ever so often. Sugar Ray Leonard comes to mind when I think of a fighter who was nimble, agile, lightning quick, and a heart like a lion! That’s how it felt when I cracked the throttle open on this underestimated little warrior! With a 13’500 RPM redline, it hits like a sledge hammer when it’s in its power-groove and trust me when I tell you it doesn't take much to coax it from idle to redline either! You may think you like bigger, faster motorcycles. But before you decide for sure, you owe it to yourself to climb on a CB-1. This bike is the reincarnation of the old CB400-F with a huge upgrade in technology. Great brakes, great handling, very light and nimble, quicker than a naked man in the wrong house, and an absolute thrill to ride and drive! Only imported 2 years 1989-90, these bikes now enjoy a cult following and are sure to be a hot collector’s item in the very near future, if not already! Nobody wanted a CBX when they came out either and they were only produced for two years as well. Look at what they are selling for now! The speedo shows 12700 miles. I believe this to be correct, although title says not actual due to the 2nd owner did not know the actual mileage when title was transferred from the first owner and guessed at it, that's the information I was given anyway. This baby has new Michelin tires, battery, fork seals, rear brakes, oil and filter, carbs were professionally gone through, and was professionally checked to ensure it is safe. This bike gets excellent gas mileage also, around 50-60 mpg. This is a fantastic bike for the collector wanting to get in on the game early or the city commuter who wants to be unique and have a good time doing so. With a low-reserve, you could be screaming down the boulevard or blowing the leaves off an old country road within a couple of weeks! There are no blemishes in the paint anywhere and everything on this bike looks like its 1-2 years old. It's obvious that the bike has been well maintained and ridden carefully as there are no signs of ever being dropped or damaged in any way.
