1971 Mercedes 250C This car has a Texas title, and has been in Texas the entire time. The car is not currently running, but has the complete drive train, transmission, rear end, and full exhaust. The electrical system works, and the lights power on. You can put the key in the ignition, and the engine will rotate over, but not start. The Engine and transmission are rebuilt, and you can see from the pics, there are no oil leaks and the block and cylinder heads are extremely clean. The original owner had the engine put in, but never finished the project. I have rebuilt the carburetors, installed a new electric fuel pump. The body is almost perfect condition, with no dents and very little rust. All the trim pieces are in great condition, with nothing missing. There is some surface rust in the trunk, and a small 1/2" hole on the bottom inner fender. No rust underneath the car, anywhere, it is in perfect condition. The interior is all original, and complete. The carpet on the drivers side is worn, and the drivers seat has some tears. Typical wear for its age. The Tires are brand new. I am selling the car in its current condition, but will attempt to get it running in the next few days. My reserve price will reflect whether it is running or not.
