So it pains me to do this after all these years together, but I've decided to sell my 1974 camper. Who ever (if anyone) gets this bus they'll be getting a wonderful and solid bus. I'm unable to give her the love she needs and deserves. Two years ago I was driving along when it started to sound funny. I shut it down and had her towed home. I discovered it had lost a valve seat on the left head. Nothing appeared damaged except the seat was out and holding the valve from completely closing. I recently discovered that some jack ass has stolen my carb and intake. Who ever did this is a fool for bringing bad karma to their VW. The interior is awesome, it's very clean and incredibly comfortable inside (beautiful custom door panels). I enjoy sleeping in her, even at my own home I still occasionally sleep in her. The canvas top is like new. The tires were new two years ago. The body is 99% straight. Notice it doesn't have rear side windows, I believe this to be a rare bonus. I truly do hate to let her go, but I've moved to the coast and I don't want her getting cancer(rust). If any serious buyers are interested I will have a friend take several pictures of her inside and out. I've checked out heads and carbs for her and for around $600 or $700 someone will have a beautiful kick ass bus. I looked at samba vw for parts. This ad is just kinda a feeler ad to see if anyone is interested. As I said if there is interest in her I will supply more photos. She's a great bus and she'll make anyone proud to own her.
