There are two small tears and some stitching has come loose along back seams. Quoted between $1100-$1800 for new top. To make this car perfect it needs to have some HVAC Buttons installed that are missing and new tail lenses (as they have become sun faded). There is a small oil leak, however, all the literature I have read and Porsche enthusiasts agree that Porsches of this era are known to have oil leaking issues. This is one of the last years of the oil cooled engines. I have the original carfax from the dealer obtained in August 2010 that shows a clean history, however a few months ago carfax showed a fender bender in 2006. I know of no accidents. None while I have owned the vehicle. Always stored inside. Work always done by a certified Porsche mechanic during my ownership. Wife says get rid of the car and get something more family friendly.
